One page of a PDF is one credit, and so is one photo (JPG or PNG). PDFs can be up to 50 pages and 20 MB; photos up to 7 MB.

Yes. Page 1 of any document is processed and shown to you before you pay anything — up to 3 previews a day. If you then process the full document, it costs one credit per page, including page 1 — only the preview itself is free.

You get back the credits for any pages we didn't process. If we can't produce your spreadsheet at all, you get all of them back.

No. Purchases are final. The only credits returned to your balance are the automatic refunds above, for pages that failed to process.

It means one of our automatic checks found numbers that don't add up — for example line items that don't sum to the subtotal, or a running balance that doesn't follow from the row above. You still get your files, with the affected rows highlighted, so you can compare them with the original. The document itself may contain the error.

In USDT on the TRON network (TRC20), through a crypto payment processor. Buying credits isn't open yet; when it is, it will appear on your Credits page.
